I cannot stress this enough but BE YOURSELF! The right chapter will be the one that loves each and every side of you. Don’t be afraid to tell us about all your quirks, hobbies, and things that make you, you!

 Look for the girls who will make you feel confident and comfortable with yourself because those are the people who will bring out the best in you in college! Having a support system is key. The girls in Pi Phi are so accepting and outgoing. It made me really excited to get to know them. Everyone was also super involved and serious about academics, extracurriculars and philos that I knew would encourage me to be as involved too.

While it may sound cliche, be yourself! Try to find something that you have in common with the person you're talking to because it makes the conversation so much easier and more fun! Pi Phi has given me my closest group of friends and now housemates! It has also given me so many academic connections and resources that I wouldn't be successful without. Joining pi phi was one of the best decisions I made as a freshman and I would highly recommend it!
